OzoneSmoke™ offers a 30 day, no questions asked money-back policy for online customers only (if you purchase your Starter Kit from a retail location, please see that retailer for their return policy). If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days, simply email us at customerservice@ozonesmoke.com and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will respond with instructions for returning your purchase for a full refund.

The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to OzoneSmoke™ Starter Kits in their original packaging; misused, damaged, or broken Starter Kits will not be refunded.

After 30 days, products cannot be returned for a refund. Replacement or repair of products, therefore, is your exclusive remedy under our 1 Year Limited Warranty.

Cartridges / Cartomizers: We offer no returns on open / unsealed cartridges due to the limited life expectancy of these items.

Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping.

OzoneSmoke™ reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchange request that does not meet these requirements.
