All orders placed on Ozonesmoke.com (before 3pm EST) will usually ship the same business day, upon payment authorization. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day. If your credit card does not authorize, your order will not be processed until the payment has cleared; we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.

* We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for weekend or holiday orders.

OzoneSmoke™ offers free shipping on all orders to U.S. customers (only), via United States Postal Service (USPS) with no minimum order restrictions. All free shipping orders from Ozonesmoke.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with USPS. We cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for damaged, lost, or stolen orders. All delivery issues should be addressed with you local United States Post Office and a claim should be filed immediately. Guaranteed delivery is only available on orders shipped via FedEx or UPS. OzoneSmoke™ is not responsible for any return shipping charges or fees incurred.

OzoneSmoke™ offers several shipping options in addition to free shipping. You can select to ship your order via FedEx or UPS, with options for: Overnight, 2 Day, and Standard Ground Shipment. All Shipping options and cost will automatically recalculate based on your selection and will be displayed on the check out page, for the shipping address provided. Shipping rates are calculated based on the product weight and the shipping destination.

* FedEx and UPS only guarantees the estimated date of arrival for Overnight or 2 Day shipments. If your order is not delivered by the estimated delivery date, please contact FedEx or UPS to file a claim for money-back guarantee for your paid shipping costs. We do not guarantee delivery dates estimated by the carriers, and any delayed shipments will need to be filed with the respective carrier.

* FedEx or UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses, and do not consider Saturday a business day.

If future replacements are needed for current customers, replacement products are shipped via USPS.
