Amperage and mAh, what are these two terms mean?

The amperage roughly translates to power, amount of current the battery can offer at one time.
mAh is Milliamp. a unit for measuring electric power over time. The higher the mAh, the longer the battery will last.
And the 18650 (18mm by 65mm) is a size classification of lithium-ion batteries.
