Shipping Policy
OzoneSmoke™ strives to process your order as quickly as possible and customers enjoy our reliable shipping process. All orders placed on Ozonesmoke.com (before 1pm EST) will usually process the same business day, upon payment authorization. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to process and up to 48 hours before your order ships. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, once your order has shipped. If your credit card does not authorize, your order will not be processed until the payment has cleared; we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
Please Note: Our Business Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for weekend or holiday orders..
Free Shipping
Ozone Smoke™ offers free shipping on order over $75 to all U.S. customers via USPS. Orders under $75 are subject to a standard flat rate shipping charge. All orders from ozonesmoke.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with USPS. We cannot offer any guarantee of delivery, delivery dates or accept any liability for damaged, lost, or stolen orders. All delivery should be addressed with your local Post Office and a claim should be filled immediately. Ozone Smoke™ is not responsible for any return shipping charges or fees incurred.
Order Status
Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive a notification email with your order details. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
To view your order status or tracking number online (for registered users only), please login to your account by clicking on ACCOUNT link from the navigation bar. Locate your most recent order and click on more details.
Return Policy
We at OzoneSmoke™ are committed to serving the needs of our customers. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, please review the terms and information listed below, and then contact our Customer Service Department, so that we can promptly address your needs.
Ozone Smoke™ offers a 30 day, no questions asked money-back policy (on Ozone Smoke™ branded products ONLY) for online customers only (if you purchase your Starter Kit from a retail location, please see that retailer for their return policy). If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days, simply email us at customerservice@ozonesmoke.com and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will respond with instructions for returning your purchase for a full refund.
The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to OzoneSmoke™ Starter Kits in their original packaging; misused, damaged, or broken Starter Kits will not be refunded.
After 30 days, products cannot be returned for a refund. Replacement or repair of products, therefore, is your exclusive remedy under our 1 year warranty policy.
Cartridges / Cartomizers / E-Liquids / PODs: We offer NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on open / unsealed cartridges or E-Liquids due to the limited life expectancy of these items that they are consumables.
Disposable Devices: We offer NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on all disposable device sales are final, no exceptions.
Tanks: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of these products, unless they have not been used and are sealed in its original packaging. Used products cannot be returned for a refund. Items must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Mods: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of these products, unless they have not been used and are sealed in its original packaging. Used products cannot be returned for a refund. Items must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Vaporizers: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of these products, unless they have not been used and are sealed in its original packaging. Used products cannot be returned for a refund. Items must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Atomizers / Clearomizers / Coils / Heads: OzoneSmoke™ DOES NOT offer a return policy on any used Atomizers, Clearomizer, Coils, Heads, and similar products. Most any Atomizers, Clearomizer, Coils, Heads, and similar products will need to be replaced over time depending on usage. All Tanks / Atomizers sold at ozonesmoke.com have replaceable coil. Coils have a limited life time based on usage. If your coil does not work properly, simply replace it.
Shipping and handling costs and other additional chargers are non-refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping back to Ozone Smoke™ via traceable mail. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Warranty
Ozone Smoke™ takes great pride in what we do, and stands behind the quality of our products, which are covered by a one-year limited warranty. Ozone Smoke™ warrants only the original purchaser of this product from Ozonesmoke.com or authorized reseller or distributor of this product, and guarantees that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year after the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and service listed in the usage documentation. It does not cover any defects or damages cause by the following:
- Any tempering, modification, alteration, service or repair by any person or company other than Ozone Smoke, Inc.,
- Physical abuse or physical damage caused by improper use of the product, or operation in a manner not consistent with the indicated instructions.
- Any user negligence or use of the product other than which it was intended for.
